Majestic Journeys, located at 6360 Stoneridge Mall Rd, H-216, Pleasanton, CA 94588, provides travel planning, curated trip packages, photography services, and optional social media management. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. All bookings require accurate information and full or partial payment through approved payment gateways. Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or actions by third-party service providers including hotels, photographers, transportation partners, and payment processors. If your package includes social media access, you may grant temporary permissions; however, we never store passwords and use access solely to deliver the requested service. All content on the website is owned by Majestic Journeys and cannot be copied or reused without written permission. We are not liable for damages, delays, injuries, lost items, or force majeure events. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All bookings made through Majestic Journeys are custom-planned, and immediate costs are incurred; therefore, payments are generally non-refundable. Travel package cancellations within 24 hours of booking may receive a 50% refund only if the travel date is more than 15 days away. After 24 hours, no refunds will be issued. Photography, videography, and content services are non-refundable, though one reschedule may be allowed depending on availability. Social media management fees are non-refundable once services begin. If Majestic Journeys cancels a service due to weather, safety concerns, operational issues, or force majeure events, a reschedule or partial refund may be offered. No refunds are provided for no-shows or cancellations due to natural disasters, travel bans, political unrest, or other circumstances beyond our control.
